Jason U. Martin, CMC, is the Executive Managing Director of ARVO Realty Advisors in New York, New York and the Managing Director of its affiliate, Management Consulting and Controls Group (MCCGUSA), a 20-year-old New York firm that is a direct provider of commercial real estate services and is a certified minority business enterprise (MBE).

Mr. Martin is a management consultant and real estate advisor to businesses, non-profits, health care entities, and government entities. In addition to leasing and other brokerage activities, he advises on real estate development, project management, financing, and business strategy.

Mr. Martin has worked as a real estate consultant on assignments for Shell, Chase, Verizon, Black Enterprise Magazine, BP Trinidad, Citibank, and Texaco, and for real estate developers and asset managers in New York with national and international holdings. His active clients in the city of New York include:

  • Urban Health Plan (Bronx and Queens)
  • New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation
  • Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center
  • Brownsville Multiservice Center (Brooklyn)
  • Seamen’s Society for Children (Staten Island)


Mr. Martin has overseen the development of more than 250,000 sq ft of space for ambulatory health care and non-profit facilities and has helped arrange conventional, tax exempt, New Market Tax Credit, and private equity financing for these and other projects around the country.

Mr. Martin, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is a graduate of the Stern School of Business of New York University and completed the Advanced Minority Business Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York with reciprocal privileges in other states. Mr. Martin also speaks Spanish and earned a certificate in Japanese business and management from Sanno University, Nagoya, Japan.
