Ed Ryland founded Ryland Enterprise, Inc., in Houston, Texas, in September 1986 as a real estate brokerage firm and vehicle for trailblazing inclusion into the commercial real estate industry. From the beginning, integrity, drive, and professionalism towards extraordinary solutions have stood as the firm’s core values. These values have been employed to build a growing and dynamic company that has prospered in times of plenty and times of scarcity. It has earned the reputation of being one of Houston’s premier commercial real estate firms.
In 2002, the company began to focus on national and corporate engagements. With this expanded geographical capacity came expanded service offerings.
In April 2010, the company was re-branded as ARVO Realty Advisors to emphasize its commitment to bringing value to its client’s endeavors and global capability.
Ed is an award-winning real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate brokerage, consulting, and tenant and landlord representation. Coupled with his well-rounded business background, he adds the best value by bringing a perspective from both sides of the industry. Ed also holds the highly recognized CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), considered to be the PhD of commercial real estate, and MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate) designations, which are earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensure that he is not only proficient in commercial and investment real estate theory, but also in practice.
Ed is also responsible for the strategic direction and development of ARVO and oversees key social responsibility and community involvement initiatives of the firm. During the course of his real estate career, he has received several awards, including Top Closed Transactions, Top Lister, Top Sales, Top Producer and 1990 Realtist of the Year. As a result of his on-going involvement in the real estate community, Mr. Ryland has gained recognition among his peers.
George N. Wyche, Jr., Esq. is the Executive Vice President of ARVO Realty Advisors, where he is chiefly responsible for the firm’s business development and strategic planning initiatives. Before joining ARVO Realty Advisors, George was engaged in the private practice of law for 14 years, primarily specializing in real estate, real estate finance, and entity counseling and formation.
During his tenure as Managing Partner of Drayden & Wyche, LLP, George served as lead outside counsel to the City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department and prime commercial real estate counsel to the Resolution Trust Corporation. He also served as lead real estate counsel to the Houston Astros Baseball Club in land acquisition and site control matters related to developing their $290 million downtown retractable roof baseball stadium. Before forming his law firm, George served as an Assistant Harris County Attorney in its Eminent Domain and Ad Valorem Tax divisions.

A graduate of Howard University, George received a BBA in Finance. He currently serves on the Executive Committee and as a Regional Director of the Howard University Alumni Association. George received his Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
Tiffany Ryland serves as Associate Director for ARVO Realty Advisors and is responsible for innovative and creative commercial real estate solutions for small business and corporate sectors. Her marketing prowess extends beyond traditional real estate practices to web and social media-based campaigns. Tiffany has a diverse professional background, including Oppenheimer Holdings, CBRE, and international trade analysis with Georgia Pacific. Her experienced diversity combines real estate expertise with marketing and financial proficiency to create a unique cross-industry approach to each project. Tiffany employs advanced problem-solving abilities to streamline processes, increase efficiencies, and invent sophisticated solutions to complex problems.

Franco Gangeri, a seasoned commercial real estate advisor, brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. With a background in mechanical engineering coupled with an MBA, and boasting over two decades of experience in industrial sales, Franco is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. Having catered to a diverse array of clients including refineries, plants, factories, and the retail sector, Franco’s transition to ARVO Realty Advisors as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor has been seamless. Beyond his corporate roles, Franco has also excelled in managing his own retail business and investment property portfolio, affording him a deep comprehension of the intricacies within the tenant-landlord dynamic. While specializing in large industrial complexes, Franco harbors a fondness for retail leasing, finding fulfillment in serving his community within The Houston Heights. With nearly two decades entrenched in the Houston Area, Franco possesses an intimate understanding of its nuanced dynamics. Elgin Weaver is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, boasting a career spanning over two decades. His journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of New Orleans, setting the foundation for his expertise. Elgin is distinguished by his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a mark of excellence in commercial investment real estate.
Before joining ARVO Realty Advisors, Elgin served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Team Leader at Amerant Bank, where he oversaw all commercial real estate lending activities across Texas. His leadership was instrumental in originating over $397 million in high-quality commercial loans and generating substantial fee income for the bank annually. Elgin also cultivated strategic relationships with major real estate developers and equity groups nationwide.
Committed to community service, Elgin chairs the Asset Management Committee at Avenue CDC and serves on the board of the Bridge Builder Charity Foundation, contributing to initiatives such as the Scholarship and Mardi Gras Fundraiser Committees. He also plays a pivotal role as the chair of the Voter Registration, Education, and Mobilization Committee within the Mu Mu Nu chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Elgin’s professional portfolio spans diverse sectors of commercial real estate including multi-tenant retail, single tenant retail, office, multi-family, hospitality, industrial, and construction. Elgin has financed over $1 billion in commercial real estate assets, leveraging his expertise to deliver optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders alike.
A dedicated learner, Elgin completed the Texas Bankers Association Management Development Program and pursued advanced coursework through the CCIM Institute, including Commercial Investment Analysis, Market Analysis, and Negotiation workshops. His pursuit of knowledge underscores his commitment to excellence in the field.

He has worked with different clients in healthcare, retail, service industries, government, international, and others.
